JD Moon is the Support Manager at Antera Software with 13 years of experience in SaaS solutions in the Online Market Research as well as the Promotional and Print industries. His experience has spanned the full range of responsibilities — from programmer and data checker to project management and trainer to software support and team management. He excels at equipping his teammates with the skills and commitment to provide top-quality service to our clients. JD is also a law enforcement veteran.
