SugarCRM is an open source product.  That means you can legally download it and use it for free according to the GNU AFFERO GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE. Antera charges a flat fee of $1,800.00 to install and configure SugarCRM.  We place your logo on the system, configure your users and work with you to import your accounts and customize the system for your needs.  We include 15 hours of initial time and in the event you would like more customization of the system, we provide written quotes to accomplish any more goals you have. The system is typically loaded on a server at a 3rd party hosted facility and Antera will do support annually including nightly backups of the system for $600.00 annually.  You also have the ability host the system on your own servers if you prefer.

Antera can provide web based training and includes over 150 videos covering the effective operation of SugarCRM.

A CRM also can dramatically eliminate redundant data entry and with proper integration flow data to and from other core systems withing your operation.  Antera employees have developed and deployed system integrated with virtually every application imaginable.  If you want to flow data directly into accounting or inventory, or simply want to view data from third parties within the CRM, Antera can make it happen.
