When a business purchases Antera Software, the company can house their database server anywhere, and will receive unlimited user licenses for employee and 3rd party access. Antera Software is also available for rent or lease, a plan that has historically been referred to as “software as a service.” Software as a Service is the plan that is today more commonly referred to as “The Cloud.” This plan allows single users to gain all the benefits of the software without having to purchase it. Technology Challenged Users
For the technology-challenged, we provide a Windows Explorer view of your data. Users can manage data the same way in our system that they did prior. We simply migrate your existing shared network drive into a new LINK ECM drive. We can even map the drive with the same letter so end-users are saving data tomorrow just like they did yesterday. Once documents are saved to the mapped drive, they now have all the capabilities of our ECM software. Basic check-in and check-out features are available in the Explorer view, and advanced features can be accessed with the system Web Interface.
Full Featured Users
The Windows Explorer interface allows users to easily access data though their local computer, but those users that embrace technology can utilize a host of features, available through the web interface. LINK ECM provides a method for storing business content and a system for tracking versions, changes, and updates. Link ECM connects your users to data with instant communications and workflow notices. Documents created on paper, by electronic means, by e-mail, or any other electronic file are organized in a central repository to make them easy to find, share, and reuse.
