Dallas, Texas - June 25, 2010 - Automation enabling sales people to generate orders faster, more efficiently and eliminate redundant processes.
Flagship Promotional Services is a business-to-business service provider for the promotional products industry. The importance of accurate and timely processing is stressed by Flagship in all their operations. With Antera Software’s EForms package, Flagship has implemented an electronic form for the processing and management of all customer orders. The electronic form is accessed through Flagship’s Distributor Web Portal which also provides distributors with critical promotions, specials and important news. A sales person can now login through the portal and access important information or place orders without the requirement of any local software or licensing.
Not just a data entry form, the sales order entry form is backed up by a database of customers, salespeople and vendor information for automatic retrieval. A sales person can now simply select the customer name from a drop down list or combo box, or enter the customer number for all corresponding data to appear. Artwork or notes can be added as attachments to any order as well. The form can be filled out in minutes and is even IPad capable for entry in front of the customer.
Specific features have been added to allow for the multitude of options available in wearable items. A sales person can now provide detail to color and size for every order in an easy-to-use interface that verifies total calculations for accuracy.
Upon completion, orders are automatically submitted by transfer to Antera’s Link ECM for processing. Link ECM creates a folder for the order and kicks off workflow that forwards the order to QuickBooks for billing, the supplier receives a purchase order to complete the order and the sales person and customers receive a confirmation of the process. Workflow manages all activities generated and the salesperson, supplier, customer and distributor are all active in the process.
Flagship salespeople can now process orders in a fraction of the amount of time and instantly retrieve information pertaining to orders. The ability to automate and track each step in the process has enabled Flagship to receive a tremendous return on investment.
EForms provides an affordable secure way to collect, process and manage information over the Web with integration into other applications. Antera has similar integrations into Microsoft Dynamics and Intuit QuickBooks and our conversion capabilities allow us to integrate an electronic form and workflow/archival process with virtually any application.
