From CRM to RIM
Our customers have been talking Antera has been listening... We have learned that one of the biggest obstacles facing Restaurants Management Companies today is too much technology. More specifically, too many pieces of individual technology do not communicate with one another. This requires employees to look for specific reports in two or three different places and manually enter duplicate information time and time again. This inefficient redundancy wastes company time and valuable dollars.
Link CRM is an Enterprise Customer Relationship Management Solution applicable to all industries. Most industries, both B2C and B2B, have a target audience or customer base of whose attention they are attempting to capture. Link CMR helps sales people and sales managers track the sales process and maintain pertinent client and prospective customer information.
Every Restaurant, small and large, chain or independent needs some form of Customer Relationship Management. Ten years ago, most Restaurant Management Companies were not aware of this; today it is obvious by the number of products available on the market that times have changed. From Open Table, to ACT, to social medial presence and many lesser known CRM products, the majority of restaurants today are using some form of CRM. Link CRM is Antera's CRM product. It comes with unlimited user licenses and is fully customizable. Most restaurants already have a customer database; so Antera combined Link CRM with Link ECM 3.2, our content management system, to create a total Restaurant Information Management System. |
