
How does your company currently manage your credit approval, art approval, order approval? Link ECM 4.0 is an enterprise content management system with built in enterprise level dynamic workflow. When orders and invoices come in to the office, pre-designated workflow dictates which employees and in what order they will receive the electronic files awaiting approval. Variables such as vendor, amount, date, and department can be programmed to dictate the workflow approval process. Recently updated interface has made the workflow approval process even more user-friendly in Link ECM 4.0. If a user has a document awaiting approval, they will receive an email notification. The user can then log into the Link ECM 4.0 from any computer with an internet connection, view the electronic document, and approve or decline the documents moving them forward or backward in their designated electronic queues. If a document remains in a user’s queue for an extended period of time, the document will automatically move on to an alternate user to prevent delays.
