Link CRM Advance represents Antera’s 4th generation order processing system for the promotional products industry. Antera has taken its two most popular software offerings for the promotional products industry and combined two into one. Antera’s EForms is no longer a stand-alone component, it will now be offered as a module built in to Link CRM. This will enable salespeople and administrators in the promotional products industry to track ALL prospect, contact, and customer information in one place; including: calls, appointments, emails, tasks, meetings, opportunities, email campaigns, quotes, orders and commissions. The new Link CRM Advance Order Form comes standard with vendor tables, a wearable matrix, and takes less than three and a half minutes on average to fill out. Convert a quote into an order in seconds, and the system will send out the order to as many vendors and artists as are necessary.
On the administration side, Link CRM Advance will integrate with any accounting system and automatically flow billing information from our software to yours. Link CRM Advance can also connect to Link ECM Lite (a $100/month add on) for art and large file storage, and will also connect to Link ECM 4.0 Enterprise Edition to create a 100% paperless environment.
