
Antera’s Enterprise level software has enabled several of our clients to eliminate the costs of printing and sending paychecks to their employees. Depending on how many employees a company may have, these savings can be significant. Let’s use a company with 25 employees as an example. Antera’s Link ECM 4.0 has the ability to accept a 25 page document (the 25 paychecks) and divide the 25 page document into 25 one-page documents. Link also can automatically drop those individual checks into each employee’s designated paystub folder which resides within Link ECM 4.0. All 25 employees can now be paid electronically via direct deposit to their banks, and they can log into to their employee portal which resides on the web to view or print the electronic copy of their paystub.
There is no limit on the number of employees or paychecks Link ECM 4.0 can handle, and there is no price difference for an increased workload either. Antera’s Unlimited User License Model provides the same functionality for 10 employees as it does for 10,000 employees.
